Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, students will undertake an initial skills assessment as part of the application process and will need to meet the minimum ACSF LLN assessment benchmarks to successfully undertake this training program.


This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of administrative competencies in varied work contexts, using some discretion and judgement in their work. They may provide technical advice and support to a team. Learn all the skills you need to get a job in this high demand job market, including computer skills in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and PowerPoint as well as Accounting. This course will give you the skills required at workplaces; work in teams; manage your time  effectively; provide quality customer service; manage meetings. This qualification prepares you with skills and experience to enable you to work in a large variety of positions working within an office environment, including Marketing; Accounting; Sales; Public Service; Human Resources; Information Technology; Office Management and general administration.
