Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, students will undertake an initial skills assessment as part of the application process and will need to meet the minimum ACSF LLN assessment benchmarks to successfully undertake this training program.
Course
This nationally recognised qualification is suitable for existing supervisors, team leaders and mid-level managers. Organisations now demand an increasing focus on quality, customer service, best practice and world competitive performance. This training will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a managerial role.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically they would report to a manager.
At this level, frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
