USI (Unique Student Identifier) Number; AQF level 3 foundation skills are essential; there are no prerequisites or mandatory entry requirements, allowing flexible entry points.

The qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. Work Placement 80 hours work placement within a retail service sector is a compulsory component of this course. Work Experience Insurance will be provided by REACH for Training.
